Wine Country Residence
A "Santa Barbara Style" luxurious residence situated amidst the central California coastal vineyards of San Martin.
Designed with primary rooms organized on a classical symmetrical parti and a sequence of spatial experiences terminating in exterior rooms and spectacular views.
Construction techniques included traditional architectural elements, innovative construction techniques. Which include cast in place winding concrete staircases, Insulated concrete forms with cast in place concrete, composite steel and concrete floor system, a museum quality mechanical system and in the Gallery hydraulic floor to ceiling windows that lower into the basement.
